After the huge success of our previous 6 Somerset weekend retreats, we are hosting our first 2025 day retreat on Saturday 25th January 2025.
The day will be packed full of fun and expert knowledge to create a fantastic day of book making, skill sharing and new crafty friendships. Starting with a charming Notebook we will quickly move on to a hard covered Book with matching slip case. We will work with papers from the Gilded age design range but if you fancy a different design range this can be arrange with Janie before the event.
Both Janie's Originals and Hurds Hill take great pride in delivering a friendly and relaxed high-quality experience. You will leave with wonderful memories and new crafty friends.
We limit spaces to 12 people allowing us to deliver a personalised experience where everyone gets the tutoring and guidance they require.
We aim to cater to all and have had amazing feedback from past attendees who keep returning to the fantastic venue with us. (If you have any specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact Janie before booking to ensure you are happy with our service)

January Bookbinding Day Retreat
The Day Retreat will be held on 25th January 2025 and will be packed full of fun and creative friendships.
The retreat will be held at Hurds Hill, Langport, Somerset, TA10 0ND.
The day will run from 9.30am-5pm with lunch and refreshment breaks.
Your package will include Tuition, lunch, refreshments all required materials, use of neccasary tools and exclusive use of the Country House included in the price.
The house has an eclectic feel that will get your imagination flowing.
The retreat has disabled access, if you require any specific support, please inform us before booking.

Your booking is secured with full payment, refunds can not be garanteed unless Janie's Originals or Hurds Hill need to cancel the event for unforseen sircumstances.
